Dockchest file

Write dockchest.yml or DockerDesign.yml in the project in progress. Like this

Create a Dockerfile through the make command.

$ cd test/localvolume
$ doch make  # Dockerfile is automatically generated.
$ doch build # image generated.
$ doch run # container run
