Default style of 'hamburger' element. Hamburger open and close site navigation. This component contains some templates that are stored in folder named 'control'.

How to install: 1. include template 'menu-control.latte' (with macro {include}) before parent element that contains site navigation and hamburger control (in most cases it is header element) 2. add CSS class menu-for-open to this parent element 3. include template 'menu-control.latte' inside this parent element
