Foundational Mono-Repo

This time, only going to include the foundations CaffeineSuite requires.

The goal is for this repo to ultimately be 100% JavaScript. I want to switch to either CaffeineScript or JavaScript - no CoffeeScript. I want to write as little code in JAvaScript, though, so this Repo is really it. On top of this I'll build CaffeineScript. And then everything else is in Caf.
