AWS SDK Fips Wrappers for Node AWS-SDK and Python Boto3

Wrappers allow automated use of supported Fips endpoints when available.

There are three different parts to this repository:

• A script that will be run on a schedule and with tests to verify that US Fips endpoints are valid and will create a json file collection of the valid Fips endpoints
• A wrapper for the Node SDK that will set use of Fips endpoints when available
• A wrapper for the Boto3 version of the SDK for Python that will also do the same.
