Node.js wrapper for CrunchBase API V3

Based on crunchbase2 (now out of date and incompatible with API V3).

Redis support

You can pass an object of options that node_redis recognizes as the second argument to init to enable caching of results in Redis. node_redis needs to be installed (npm install redis) for this to work. Here's an example configuration that will use the Redis URL in the REDIS_URL environment variable, falling back to localhost Redis if not set:

crunchbase.init(apikey, {url: process.env.REDIS_URL || 'redis://127.0.0.1:6379'});
