自定义部分

1. 添加了 config/custom-react-scripts
2. 修改了 webpack.config.(dev/prod).js 进行了定制化
3. 修改了 scripts/eject.js 避免 config/custom-react-scripts 被删除，将dependencies放到devDependencies中
4. template 中添加了 .env、.editorconfig、.gitignore
