guvc v1.5.7

Hey guys. This CLI module is designed to automatically build TypeScript and Sass based on Gulp.

Using: gvc -s 'src_folder (default "src" or ".")' -b 'build_folder (default "build" or ".")' -w watching -e 'es_version (default "5")'

If you just call the gvc command, the collector will find and compile all the ts css and sass files in the current directory
