A package installer for hw2core, it's based on upt project

for global installation:

npm install -g hw2core-installer

for local installation:

npm install hw2core-installer

the installer is used only as a root directory configurator and a shortcut for installation of hw2core packages ( adding informations about hw2core itself in future) however you can install hw2core using upt without problems

please be careful with your sensible data since it's under continuous development
