isomorphic-fetch-polyfill

A fetch ponyfill that supports Node.js and Cloudflare Workers.

I wanted something like https://github.com/lquixada/cross-fetch that worked in Cloudflare workers, so this is a more straightforward but working (in Node.js and CF Workers at least) version.
