• Reads the archive and extracts it to a folder
• updates the dependencies with new base to public folder

• updates offer url in each of the anchor having certain class

File Extraction strategy

• Move archive to temp
• move js files to js//fileName.js
• similarly for css file
• images and other assets are moved to assets//fileName.ext
