mindef-starterskit v2.1.8-alpha

Pre-Install: 1. Install Node.js 2. npm install -g grunt-cli 3. Run "npm install" in the solution root 4. Add builds folder (per project) to NuGet settings

1. Build the solution (this will also download Nuget.exe)
2. Run "grunt" in the solution root
