Minima plugin for Evernote.

Configuration:

1. {String} authToken - Your Evernote developer auth token (see Evernote dev center)
2. {Boolean} sandbox - Enable sandbox mode in Evernote (see Evernote dev center)
3. {String} notebookName - The name of the notebook in Evernote you want to pull from

How it works

Searches your Evernote for notes in the given notebook. If the note has a "publish" tag then it will be published to Minima. If you delete a note from Evernote it will be unpublished from Minima.
The notes "created" date is used as the publish date on Minima. If you want to change this then modify the created date in Evernote (see here).
