generate regex to match urls with place holder strings. /url/:hi/:foo

generates a regex from a url string. for \/\/\/\/\ sanity

 var re = require('./')
 var matches = '/a/123/---'.match(compile('/a/:b/:c'))
 console.log(matches)

would log this.
