Whatsapp Chat Parser Javascript

This is whatsapp chat parser for exported whatsapp chat log.

instructions

1. install to your project.

npm install whatsapp-chat-parser-js --save

2. import.

const whatsappParser = require('whatsapp-chat-parser-js')

3. usage

whatsappParser('sampleChat.txt')
.then(messages => console.log(messages))
.catch(e => console.log(e));

Run Example

$ git clone https://github.com/s8sachin/whatsapp-chat-parser-js.git
$ npm install
$ npm run example

Run Tests with mocha

$ npm install mocha -g

$ npm install
$ npm test
